Florence Pugh met Scarlett Johansson with fight scenes | Entertainment

Florence Pugh joked that fighting Scarlett Johansson was the “best way” to get to know her.

The 25-year-old actress stars as Yelena Belova in ‘Black Widow’ and she admitted that the Marvel movie was so action-packed that it didn’t take long for them to start getting physically together.

She said: “Within two days of getting to know Scarlett, I shoved her into a doorframe or kitchen counter. It was the best way to get to know someone pretty quickly – you just have to. to fight it for a week. “

Scarlett – who is reprising her role as Natasha Ramanoff / Black Widow in the film – thinks the film shows some of the best fight sequences in the comic book world and she enjoyed working with so many women.

She told TV and Satellite Week magazine, “I’m probably one-sided, but I think there are some of the best fights we’ve had in the MCU.

“I’ve had all this time to build this physical vocabulary, and I’m finally able to use it all in this movie.

“It was striking how many stunt girls we had on set.

“The power of all these women in one room was something I had never experienced before.

“It was an amazing feeling to be surrounded by all these badass women and to mess with them.”

Florence previously admitted that she jumped at the chance to take on another physical role after her experiences on ‘Fighting with my family’.

She said: “So, I love stunts.

“It’s probably my favorite part of the role and I fell in love with a kind of movement, action and stunts when I did a wrestling movie, ‘Fighting with My Family’, so when I got there above, I knew it was intimidating, but I really enjoyed it, and actually the stunt team are so excited when you want to do more.

“They really, really want you to do as much as possible.”
